Penn State’s Class of 2024 ranking boosted with latest four-star commitment

Penn State’s current Class of 2024 team ranking falls in the top 10 in the nation according to 247Sports and Rivals.

The updated class rankings using 247Sports’ composite rankings have Penn State at ninth overall. Rivals ranks Penn State a couple of spots higher at seventh overall,

Penn State’s base for the Class of 2024 got off to a relatively slow start, but the Nittany Lions are rocking and rolling in the middle of April.

With the pledge of running back Quinton Martin, the best player in Pennsylvania, Penn State’s national recruiting ranking continues to rise.

247Sports and Rivals say that Penn State’s Class of 2024 team is currently ranked in the top 10 in the country.

When 247Sports’ combined scores are used to update the class standings, Penn State is now ranked ninth overall. Rivals puts Penn State a couple of spots higher, at seventh overall.

On the third, Penn State is just outside the top ten. Based on the latest On3 team results, Penn State is the 12th-best team in the country.

The way things are going, Penn State is still putting together another high-quality recruiting class for 2024. This is true no matter what grades you use.

But it’s also important to note that Penn State still has the third-best signing class in the Big Ten.

Different rankings for the Class of 2024 put Michigan and Ohio State ahead of Penn State.

247Sports and Rivals say that the Wolverines have the best class in the Big Ten, but On3 says that Ohio State has the best class of any Big Ten school.
