The coaching staff from LSU travelled to Georgia to observe one of the top 2026 recruits. Devin Carter, a wide receiver in the class of 2026, stands 5 feet 11 and weighs 148 pounds.

He attends Cedar Grove High School in Evans, Georgia, and plays football there. After a loss to Sandy Creek in the GHSA 3A state final, the Cedar Grove Saints ended the 2022 campaign 11-3.

There are no Crystal Ball predictions and no On3 favourites at this time. Film analysis: Carter is a gifted young man who is only beginning to show his full potential.

He has excellent hands, lots of speed, and is a good route runner.
