Patrick Mahomes and Wife Brittany Reportedly List Missouri Home for $3 Million : It has been said that Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany are planning to put the renovated ranch house in Kansas City, Missouri, that they have just recently acquired on the market.
According to the website Variety’s Dirt, the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs and his wife of just over a year has listed the home for sale with an asking price of just under $3 million. The couple has lived in the home for just over a year. According to the site, the couple bought the property in 2019 for an estimated price of $1.9 million. The date of the purchase is not specified.
Our request to have the agent of the real estate agency remark on the listing was turned down because the agent wanted to refrain from commenting.
The 27-year-old Super Bowl winner and the fitness instructor reportedly supervised major modifications during their stay at the ranch property located in the exclusive Country Club District. They invested close to $400,000 in remodeling the house built in the 1950s, which resulted in the addition of open-concept living areas and other contemporary additions, such as floor-to-ceiling windows.
The home has four bathrooms and three bedrooms, and it sits on a piece of land that is around 1.4 acres in size. In addition, there is a dining room, a living room that has been decorated elegantly, and an updated sunroom.
The backyard has a heated swimming pool, a fire pit, a lounge area, a putting green, and a garage that provides space for five automobiles.
The Mahomes family has become even more complete with the arrival of their first child, a boy they have named Patrick “Bronze” Lavon, who is now seven months old. She was born to Patrick and Brittany, making Sterling Skye the couple’s third child. Sterling Skye is now two years old and is the couple’s extra child.
In February, Brittany released a snapshot of the family of four, providing readers with a glimpse into their life as a family of four with a newborn and a toddler. The photograph was accompanied by a brief description of the family’s routines.
Along with the photograph, she captioned it with the statement, “Thanking God every day for these 3.”
The news that Brittany sent arrived only a few short days after Patrick and the Chiefs had claimed victory in the 2023 Super Bowl. Mahomes has had a relatively young career but already has two victories.
The couple has recently made the most of the time off between NFL games by extending their celebration of the monumental win by attending the Met Gala, receiving VIP treatment at concerts such as Luke Combs’ most recent show, and dressing to the nines for the Kentucky Derby.
Because Patrick Mahomes has agreed to extend his contract with the Kansas City Chiefs through the year 2020 for an extra ten years at a total value of $503 million, it is quite improbable that the Mahomes family will move anytime shortly.
