2023 NFL combine results for Joseph Ngata

Former Clemson wide receiver Joseph Ngata participated the in the 2023 NFL combine Saturday,

as the wide receivers and tight ends took the field in Indianapolis as each looked to improve their draft stock.

A former four-star recruit who ranked as the No.52 player in the class according to 247Sports composite rankings,

Ngata recorded 88 receptions for 1,287 yards and six touchdowns during his four seasons with the Tigers.

Though he wasn’t a stat sheet stuffer for the program,

Ngata was a great Tiger who flashed a high ceiling multiple times, including this past year’s ACC Championship win over North Carolina.

A surprise declare for some, Ngata impressed at the combine,

possibly increasing his draft stock with his performance. Here is a full look at Ngata’s combine results.

40-Yard Dash Official time: 4.54 seconds A 4.56 40 time is a good spot for Ngata to be at. It’s not track speed, but he’s also a big-body receiver who can go up and the ball. We love to see this out of Ngata.

Vertical Jump Vertical Jump: 34.5’’ Another solid but not exceptional number, Ngata finished around the range of Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jordan Addison, two top prospects.

Broad Jump Broad Jump: 10’ 4’’ Another solid number for Ngata, he put together a solid day overall this Saturday. He didn’t jump off the page at you but he did enough to showcase what he is capable of.
