Baltimore Ravens Extend Preseason Winning Streak to 23 games Since 2016

The 2023 NFL preseason is finally upon us after an interminable six-month wait.

And while you’ll see plenty of betting trends thrown around this season, there is one with the Baltimore Ravens that is especially eye-opening.

To put it simply: If you’ve bet on the Ravens to win a preseason game at any point since 2016, you’ve won.

John Harbaugh’s team has won a record 23 straight preseason games, dating all the way back to an Aug. 11, 2016 game against the Carolina Panthers.

The Ravens won the game 22-19 as 1-point underdogs and haven’t lost a preseason contest since.

Baltimore is also a ridiculous 20-3 against the spread during the streak, losing those three games by a grand total of six points ATS.

Certainly motivation and injury prevention are always paramount in the NFL preseason,

but a lot of teams take on the personality of their head coach in these contests, and Harbaugh certainly seems to value winning in the preseason.

What’s perhaps even more impressive about the streak is that the Ravens went 5-0 in the 2018 preseason, playing in the extra Hall of Fame Game in that year.

And Baltimore is 7-0 ATS as an underdog since the 2016 preseason.

Baltimore opened as a 3-point favorite at Caesars Sportsbook in next Saturday’s preseason opener against the Philadelphia Eagles. Will the Ravens continue their incredible streak?
