California 2023 defensive end gets a Notre Dame offer

The Irish aren’t taking any chances with their defensive end group in the 2023 recruiting class.

Currently there are four commits (Keon Keeley, Brenan Vernon,

Boubacar Traore and Devan Houstan) and each of them is an impressive prospect in their own right.

It seems as if most of the commits are very solid in their pledges, with the exception of Keeley.

The highest rated verbal recently officially visited Alabama and there is smoke he could be on his way to Columbus for an official when they face off against the Irish.

Marcus Freemanwants four ends in this class, even if there is a decommit so an offer went out today to Jaeden Moore,

a Californian that is six-foot-four-inches and 235-pounds.

What’s interesting about this offer is that Moore is set to announce his verbal this coming Wednesday, August 17th and the Irish aren’t in his final four.

This obviously could change things for Moore as he was set to select either California, Washington, Oregon or Arizona.

We will find out in a few days if the Irish offer sways Moore to continue with his commitment,

push it back or possibly commit to the Irish. It is definitely a recruitment to watch right now for Notre Dame.
