DJ Uiagalelei's uncle believes DJ regressed playing under Brandon Streeter

Former Clemson starting quarterback DJ Uiagalelei’s father and uncle are both active on Twitter,

with his uncle Mau recently taking to the social media platform to take some shots at Clemson offensive coordinator Brandon Streeter.

According to Uiagalelei, he believes that his nephew regressed under Streeter and the Tigers.

DJ is a former five-star recruit and was one of the highest-rated recruits Clemson has ever brought into the program.

There was a ton of hype surrounding him as a quarterback,

but his lack of fundamentals and spotty footwork kept the junior from reaching his full potential.

While he had his moments with the team, he just couldn’t put things together.

Here is some of what Mau Uiagalelei had to say.
