Former Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill under investigation by Miami police for alleged incident at marina

Former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill is under investigation by the Miami-Dade Police Department, the Miami ABC affiliate reported on Tuesday.

Local 10 News in Miami reports Hill “got into some kind of disagreement” with an employee of the Haulover Marina, leading to an altercation.

“We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Tyreek, his representatives and the NFL,”

a Dolphins spokesperson said Tuesday via email. “We will reserve further comment at this time.”

The Miami-Dade Police Department confirmed to Local 10 News they are investigating the incident.

No charges have been filed in the case.

In March 2022, the Chiefs traded Hill to the Dolphins for five draft picks.

Despite trading Hill, Kansas City went on to win the Super Bowl and Patrick Mahomes won his second MVP award.
