Former Clemson cornerback resigns with the Ravens

Former Clemson star cornerback Trayvon Mullen will remain in Baltimore with the Ravens.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero released on Twitter that the Ravens are re-signing Mullen to a one-year deal after being claimed by the team towards the end of the season.

Though Mullen didn’t appear in a game for the team, he will have a big opportunity in 2023.

Mullen was a 2019 second-round pick for the Raiders,

starting 31 games with the team before being traded to the Cardinals for a conditional draft pick in August of 2022.

He played eight games with the Cardinals before being waived in December.

Cousins with Ravens starting quarterback Lamar Jackson,

Mullen gets an opportunity to play with family assuming the Ravens don’t move on from Jackson.
