Former Georgia Bulldogs Jordan Davis and Nakobe Dean headed to Super Bowl

Just a year after bringing Georgia its first national title in 42 years, former Bulldogs Jordan Davis ,

and Nakobe Dean are headed to their first Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles took down the San Fransico 49ers 31-7 on Sunday to secure a spot in Super Bowl LV11.

Davis, who was drafted with the No. 13 overall pick in last year’s draft,

Dean was drafted at No. 83 overall and plays in a reserve role in the Eagles stout defense.

Championships are rare, but for Davis and Dean it’s becoming a trend.

The Eagles will play the winner of the AFC Championship game between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Super Bowl LV11 will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12 and will air on CBS.
