Dabo Swinney has been the head coach of the Clemson Tigers football team since October 2008 and is entering his 17th season in 2024:

Achievements:  Swinney is the winningest coach in Clemson's history and the first to lead the team to multiple national championships.

He led the Tigers to a national championship in 2016, their second in school history.

Coaching record:  Swinney has 170 wins, the most of any active coach who has only coached at one school.

He's also produced 83 NFL Draft picks and 18 first-round picks, both the most of any active coach since his hiring.

Future plans: Swinney has said he's happy to be at Clemson and doesn't plan to leave.

However, he has also said that he would be "humbled" to be considered for a job at Alabama.
