Rihanna Spent an Unbelievable Sum to Rent an Arizona Man's House During the Super Bowl

Rihanna performed at the Super Bowl LVII halftime performance this year in February,

and spent a sizable sum of money to rent a house close to the stadium.

Spyro Malaspinas, an Arizona resident, received a staggering $500,000 offer to rent out his house,

for a week before learning later that the possible tenant was Rihanna.

The 6,400 square foot, five-bedroom house, which is more of a mansion,

is located in the wealthy community of Paradise Valley,

only 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

The money Rihanna paid will be sufficient to pay his mortgage for two years,

and the celebrity renter was a source of excitement for Malaspinas' family,

who he said were in awe of him. Rihanna's Super Bowl performance will go down in history,

as one of the most legendary halftime acts of all time.
