Things got started with a great game between Kentucky and Ole Miss, a meeting that the Wildcats literally fumbled away.

Will Rogers and Mississippi State crushed Texas A&M, proving that the Aggies were right there with Notre Dame and Oklahoma as the most overrated preseason teams.
