KJ Bolden, an athlete rated as a five-star prospect, announced his intention to attend Florida State on Saturday night.
The excellent Buford High School student also considered applying to Ohio State, Georgia, Alabama, and Auburn.
Bolden, who is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds, is ranked as the No. 7 player overall for the 2024 class by the 247Sports Composite. He is also considered the No. 1 safety and the No. 2 player in Georgia for that class.
The Bulldogs put in a lot of effort to convince Bolden to commit to playing for them. He is one of the most highly recruited talents in the country.
One of Bolden’s teammates is Dylan Raiola, who has verbally committed to play quarterback at Georgia and was instrumental in the recruitment process that brought Bolden to Athens.
According to the latest rankings from 247Sports, the Dawgs’ incoming first-year class maintains a sizable advantage over Ohio State’s.
